These Terms of Use govern your use of the Sleepy Fairy Tales mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Service Description
Sleepy Fairy Tales is a mobile application that generates AI-powered personalized bedtime stories. It offers users audio-supported custom stories tailored to their child's preferences.
2. Terms of Use
You agree to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not use the service in any unlawful, harmful, harassing, or inappropriate way.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
The app may offer auto-renewable subscription options. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Subscription Details:
Monthly: 200 TL (approximately $6.99 USD)
Yearly: 800 TL (approximately $27.99 USD)
Subscriptions renew automatically and will continue until canceled by you.
If auto-renewal is not turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, your subscription will be renewed and charged accordingly.
You can cancel your subscriptions anytime through your App Store account settings.
4. Privacy
Details regarding the collection, use, and sharing of your data are provided in our [Privacy Policy]. By using the App, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
5. Content Ownership and License
All content (text, images, audio) is owned or licensed by Sleepy Fairy Tales. These materials may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
6. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. In case of significant changes, you will be notified via in-app messaging or email. The most current version will always be accessible within the App.
7. Tracking and Monitoring
The App does not track users in any way. No personal data is shared for advertising purposes outside of Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.
